I tested other apps just to make sure its not my end, but this app will not download. Also support was not helpful, pretty bad when you have a business spend 5000$ On a new system just for it to not work

The most recent version doesnt work over wifi. I have to switch to cellular to view my cameras. Not good for data fees. Please work on a fix.

The newest version has bugs, do not upgrade! It caused the picture distort!

Full of bugs. I receive alert notification, but unable to play recorded file. Strange error with full of code line appears.

This program doesnt compatible on iOS 7.and when I want to choose one screen (espacily 3.page)it doesnt answer my call.

In the first version it was possible to move the recorded videos to the camera roll on ios. Why is this function deactivated??????? Update. 2015 ios 9.0 and the video export to camera roll is still not workiiiinnng. LoooL Update. Alway no chance to save the video files to camera roll.

Good aplication, everything works properly, but there are some facilities which could be added, for example ptz speed control and possibility to choose patrols and tracks

He is trying to transmit video, but at the end of an error! & viber does not transmit video, "with file transfer problems"

Problems during full screen live view: in single cam mode live view does not work, image is stopped. To see live view properly it is necessary using splitted screed (i.e. 4 cams in one screen). Please fix.

If you are using a unique RTSP stream (example only Main Stream) the App cant show the camera (Error Code: 91). Ive reported the issue to Hikvision support (the problem has been confirmed), but no one is interested to solve it (especially the Italian department). Again... bad support!!!

The Address, username and the password keep reset to "null". Please fix
