Keeps Deleting Settings

After the last update, the app randomly forgets IP addresses and passwords that are supposed to be saved. Getting very tired of my customers calling me about this issue. Fix it please!!!!!!!

App wont work

After the last update the app stopped working. Ive double checked all my port forward settings on my router and nothing has changed, the only thing that changed was the app! And when I contact them they dont respond. Im seriously thinking about a new system. What a joke!

Save settings deleted everyday of use

Good app; but after the update saved settings are deleted once every few days. Annoying having to re-enter domain/user/password all the time.

Fix push notifications!! Terrible UI

I spend more time trying to teach my customers how to use this app than I do installing the cameras. The UI is just clunky and not intuitive whatsoever. My biggest gripe is that the push notifications show up in the Notification Center and lock screen, but do not show up in the IVMS app unless the event occurs WHILE the app is open. Ive noticed that Dahuas IDMSS app looks eerily similar to the IVMS app...and guess what? Push notifications have the SAME issues in both IVMSS and IDMSS. Its a shame that the Worldwide leaders in CCTV cant develop a decent iPhone app. WAKE UP!! People use their phones for everything! (Not that the Hikvisions web interface is any better)

Very choppy playback in latest version

I just updated and the playback from previous footage is not smooth. Im on an iPhone 6s Plus. Please add more ways to share video clips. Email and the Photos app arent enough (Dropbox, etc. would be nice). Also, the app eats through the battery like crazy.

Quick motion detect arm button please.

The mobile app works well, yet there is something missing. How about adding a button or controls to be able to enabling/disabling motion detection without having to use a computer or being local.

Worst update ever

Horrible update! Do NOT update! They need to fix this asap! Pixelated issues!!!

New version has screen flickering bug

Was working fine before but the new version has a bug where the live view flickers bright and dark in fluent mode.

Do Not Update! This version is horrible.

I downloaded this new version and its horrible. It says it has a thermal screens. It is very apparent on "Live" with all cameras opened. Pictures are all greyed and blacked out!! You cant see a thing clearly until you click on a screen, but whats the point!! I need it clear on all screens in order to know which on to focus on! Its either a HUGE bug or this new "thermal" feature. I should have neve updated! If it is this new thermal feature, there is no way to at least turn it off and have how it was "clear" in the last version!! Horrible app! And BTW, dont try writing on the app to the company why this is.. They want you to fill out 2 pages of junk with all kinds of technical numbers and crap that make no sense for a simple question. Thanks for all your help!!!

Frustrating interface to say the least

Using this app is not very easy. The replay is slow, speed on playback is not 4x when pressed, to name a few. Too many steps are required to get a video or screenshot saved on a device or computer. Codecs and plugins that are extra create too many added steps. I should be able to take a picture or record a video and easily be able to transfer to another device or format. I should also be able to zoom in AND change speed simultaneously. I use Galaxy Tab 2 and iPad 2. Both formats plus iPhone 5S and Galaxy S7Edge present difficulties. An easy way to "skip forward" by an amount of time input by the user would also be helpful. It took me ten hours to find 5 minutes of footage I was searching for (attempted break in). Im also having NVR and camera issues, but thats another story. For the record, I made the technician stay with me a good 30 minutes until I was 100% sure I knew how to use the features and understood the functionality (recommended from other reviews here and on other surveillance apps). I can attest that it is not "user error," but instead simply poor app responsiveness/functionality/speed.

Dont update the sofware , Now its more than 10 days and company didnt fix the problem. No respect to customer and even they dont reply to support email.

Update needs to be fixed.

The app works great but the new update that was recently released needs to be fixed. The image is not clear and it looks distorted when seeing multiple cameras. Please release a new update to fix these problems.

No tech support. We do not know how to use system. What a waste of money.
