يوجد تغير في كامرة المراقبة سئ جدا جدا جدا. وأرجو اعادة النظر فيها وتصليحها فالتحديث الجديد. There is a huge difference in the live camera which is really bad and effecting my view. And Im hoping you can fix this as soon as possible.

For an app that is used as security for your home you would think it would be up to par, and user friendly. Ive had nothing but issues using the app since the update. Why are you not fixing the update if so many people have issues. Cameras views are pixelating!

With the new upgrade theres glitches on the cameras that need to be fixed.

Update screwed everything up and no the picture flickers and turns grey. So much for high def cameras, a tube tv has better quality!!! Please fix it!

Worked on both iPhone & iPad

It is amazing to have this app for my fixed cameras and my PZT camera I am very satisfied and at night I left my iPad connected in order to check everything is just fine

Very bad app. Every time you use the app you need to manually select the cameras. And now, I cannot connect to any of the cameras. Im overseas and dont have access to the cameras.

I would like to see this app also Available for the new Apple TV

Ive used a few different camera systems and several apps that connected to them. Both the Hikvision camera systems and this app are best in class. There is no better option on the market, at this point in time.

Weve been getting "connection failed" messages intermittently for 4-5 days! The system is fine and recording and its also visible on my Web browser, but the app will not work consistently. See other reviews!

Every time I open the app, I have to refresh the camera to get an image - otherwise I have an error message showing saying "connection failed". Also no feature to quickly skip to the next recording time. Would be nice to be able to set/adjust the trigger zones on the camera image via the app. Have to use VLC to play emailed video clips, native phone video player doesnt work. Otherwise app works well. Eats through the iPhone battery quickly for some reason.

As a business owner I depend on this app! Wouldnt have got hikvision if it wasnt for this.

App loads images quickly and works well with live views. Terrible playback functions include : Cant search VCA events such as intrusion detection . Normal Motion detection doesnt filter out object size or event duration so if you have continuous recording and motion detection events you cannot filter out rain or quick insect related events . You cannot zoom in on the time line for searches . If multiple events happen close together they get jammed together as a single line and you have to try and slide the time line in millimeter increments to find the clip you want.

I use this app multiple times a day and hasnt crashed or acted up on me. Ive also installed it on 4 other friends phones for their camera system and no complaints from them.

There should be a way to watch recordings of all the cameras at once. Its very difficult to select individual cameras and the respective time frame you are looking for. A single time toggle should control all the cameras you are currently looking at (whether 4, 9, or 16 cameras are selected). Also, cameras fail to load all the time.

I used the live view feature everyday when I first set up the cameras. As soon as I leave the country, live steam stop working and all the cameras in my account t disappear completely. I thought it was the country Im in, but no. Its every country other than the country where I have the cameras set up. Very disappointed. Im in the US now and I assumed at least it would work here. But no.

I installed this up very frustrating I found out that it doesnt work here in US. I thought this apps is supported globally. They should fixed this flaw! To make this app enjoyable globally..
