HoptonJames - thanks, but thats not the fix. I have 9 cameras and setting each one to clear consumes so much resources that it crashes the app. Ive been using iVMS-4520 instead until Hikvision can correct the resolution problem when trying to use Fluent on the the latest release of iVMS-4500. PLEASE FIX!!

This app should add AutoPlay option is LiveView.

Ever since the most recent update whenever I view a stream the quality is terrible and I have to manually change the quality every time to make it clear. This was never an issue before this most recent update.

This app is fast and super easy to view all your Hikvision cameras. Too bad the iPad version is nearly useless...

App crashes after all cameras load up in the 9-screen. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but it starts crashing after a couple of days again.

App has not worked for close to week. Company is aware of it.

If you decide to do motion detection on the NVR AND continuous recording, you get a solid blue timeline. No way to see events other than "alarms" which are a joke being you have to keep the app open. Hikvision needs to check out how Blue Iris does alerts on mobile (just one example of whats better on Blue Iris). One guy develops that app and accompanying PC software. Im sure Hik being a large manufacturer could do better if they invested appropriately. You can have great hardware all day but if what you use to interface with that hardware is lacking OBVIOUS features, you leave customers feeling duped into a half-baked system. I wish they would investigate what other apps can do these days, take notes, and bring the software side up to par with their hardware because their cameras are truly great.

Why cant I save any video recordings to my gallery?? This feature Should have been added.

Have been using this app for a couple of years now and cant complain. Always works inside and outside of my home network. A 12 camera view would be a great add versus jumping from 9 to 16.

I had a Lorex system that failed in less than 1 year, so I found this system as a replacement. This app is a HUGE improvement over the Lorex (from costco) app!! I really am very impressed with the apps ability to access playback mode from the iPhone. Highly recommended.

Have tried different Hikvision NVRs but no one cant speed up when it uses to playback.

I do some beta testing for Hikvision. This app does fast forward and slows down in playback so read the tech tip I give you. Tech tip for you. If you get the memory low warning or you can not speed up or slow down play back. Change your sub stream settings on the NVR outputs. Use 2FPs (frames per second) @ 32KB. The camera sub stream is what you see in the multi camera view on the NVR display I have 16 Chanels and they all load nice and fast no warnings. IP surveillance systems are stream dependent and the stream to your phone is tiny. The only thing you are not able to do with this app is make major system changes like motion detection, camera adjustment things like that. You can record to your phone but why would you? thats what the NVR is for. The app even has help menus. 16 cameras are not a problem. Double tap the camera bring up fullscreen. Playback is just like the NVR. Works great I love it. Remember port forwarding on your router is necessary or it will not work. They did fix the PTZ Dome speed over shoot problem. They need to address the PTZ limited preset call up function. Audio works fine if streaming at 32 KB. Remember keep your streams and FPs low its a phone your streaming to.

It was working perfectly until the last update, now it doesnt work. Please update, I need to monitor my cameras. Thank you.

Installed app and setup and it worked perfectly. Next morning all cameras gone except camera 1. Deleted app and reinstalled and all cameras back next morning same thing so I repeated again. Next morning repeat. Next morning repeat.....

Application does not work on Apple products as of 2/16...the latest upgrade. Do not buy until this is fixed. Questionable quality testing considering the impact on such a large user base.

This is a good start but please add more ways to share video clips. Email and the Photos app arent enough (Dropbox, etc. would be nice). Also, the app eats through the battery like crazy.
